2011 California State Convention
The 87th California State Convention is finally past us. Held in Santa Ana, California, more than 80 brothers and sisters of the AOH/LAOH came together to socialize and take care of the business of the Order.
Friends Outside
Each year, members of the Michael J. Farrel Division and the Jerry O’Keefe Division join with the St. Vincent DePaul Society to bring Christmas to children of incarcerated parents. This is a major event for the Southern California Hibernians
AOH Annual Luau
The Fifth Annual Hibernian Luau was held at brother Michael O’Keefe’s home in Anaheim. The photo to the right is of all in attendance. Other photos from past luaus can be found by clicking the green arrow.
An Gorta Mor Award
The Michael J. Farrell Division is the first recipient of the prestigious An Gorta Mor Award given by the Hunger Project of the Hibernian Charities, for their work with the Friends Outside Project. The award is given annually to a division that demonstrates the motto of the Order.
